One conversation.

Leonard, our AI agent, interviews the lawyer who did the work and fills the matter template live as they speak, asking the right questions and capturing everything you need to write a good submission. What comes out is a Word document, ready to send.

Talk to Leonard about a real matter and download the document at the end. No install, no portal.

Speed, scalability, security

The three things that decide whether this can be rolled out.

S

Speed

Less than a unit of time per conversation.

The lawyer talks, the template fills in front of them, and a finished Word document is downloaded at the end of the same conversation. Not a form to complete later, not a draft to wait for.

S

Scalability

Every lawyer in the firm, with no training and nothing to install.

Start a conversation through a secure firm-specific link. There is no seat to provision, no software to roll out and no new system for anyone to learn, so the constraint stops being BD capacity and starts being the number of matters worth submitting.

S

Security

ISO 27001 certified. Hosted and processed entirely in the EU.

Enterprise grade security as standard. Strict customer segregation. No client data used to train AI models.

This is the part that has to be seen

Three steps, one conversation, and the lawyer never leaves the page they started on. Everything below is the real product, not a mock-up.

Step 1 · Talk

The document fills itself

Each answer lands in its field seconds after it is spoken. The lawyer can see exactly what has been captured and what is still missing, without being asked to check anything.

Nothing appears before the words that produced it. If Leonard is not confident, the value is shown greyed rather than asserted.

The lawyer follows a firm-specific link and talks for a few minutes. Leonard asks what a submissions expert would ask, in the order they would ask it. Confidentiality comes first, and whether the matter can be used is asked separately from whether the client can be named.

Step 2 · Watch and correct

Wrong is fixed by clicking on it

Every field is editable in place. No separate review screen, no second version of the document to keep in step, no email to BD asking them to change a number.

The thing on screen is the thing that gets sent. Not a progress bar: the actual template, populating live. A value a lawyer edits is never overwritten.

A field being corrected in place inside the submission
Step 3 · Take it away

A Word file, immediately

On the current template, with D or E markings and the right shading chosen from what the lawyer actually said about confidentiality.

Confidential unless they told us otherwise. Over-marking is recoverable; publishing a client name that should not have been is not.

Byte-identical to the document your BD team produces today, so nothing downstream has to change.

Easier to try than to explain

Five minutes, a real matter or an invented one, and a Word document at the end. Nothing is kept.

The number that decides this

Not our price. What the current process costs you. Change the figures to yours.

Defaults are a starting point, not a claim about your firm. Put your own numbers in.

The value outlasts the season

Every conversation is captured as structured data, not filed as a transcript. At the end of the season that becomes an optional export: every matter, every field, in one schema aligned to the submission template.

Load it into your pitch management system, run your own model over it, or use it for credentials and marketing long after the deadline has passed. The work your lawyers did once stops being spent once.
